I have been at Novus Pro for more than four years. What keeps me committed to the firm is its policy of providing opportunity to each and every individual to bring out his or her best abilities. I have been working at Novus Pro for almost six months. Having some apprehension coming from a litigation background, Novus has given me the best platform to start my career in the corporate world. The best part about this firm is their training program, which has given me the desired confidence I needed before I was assigned an engagement. I have been fortunate to have received the opportunities at Novus Pro that have helped me to enhance my professional skills significantly. When I reflect upon the years that I have spent at Novus Pro, I feel immensely satisfied. My association with Novus began in 2009, and since then I am enjoying every moment of being here.  Though we follow standard processes, each engagement that we work on is unique and comes with its own challenges. These challenges have helped me to stay focused and interested all these years. I have been a part of Novus Pro family for eight months. My journey has been incredibly motivating and enriching so far. Something I really appreciate about Novus Pro is the ability to do high-quality work with such ease. Novus Pro has the capability of making the team work together and communicate effectively. I also admire the “flat hierarchy system” that we follow. Rules are applicable to one and all without an exception irrespective of one’s designation or role. I have had the opportunity to be a part of the Six Sigma Yellow Belt training which has helped me improve my knowledge about the business processes. The working environment is really good and I am able to manage my personal and professional life efficiently. My seniors have always been very supportive and encouraging and they have always trusted my work and efforts which has motivated me to give my 100% in whatever I do. I have inculcated good values from Novus Pro and grown professionally as well as personally.
